What is your turn around time?

Current accurate turn around time can always be found at the top banner of the website. Typically we stay consistent on the 7-10 Business day turn around to allow us enough time to manage high volume orders. Keep in mind business days are only Monday-Friday 10:00am till 5:30pm. On custom orders which includes adding a name or picture to a strap will not ship until you have approved the draft. Once you have approved the draft we will ship the following day. This process can be anywhere from 1-2 days and up to 5-7 days it all depends on how quickly we are able to communicate and agree on a draft to print.

 

Are these FR?

No, our straps are not FR.

 

How can I order a custom strap?

You can email us at turnnburnn2592@gmail.com with your request or you can contact us via our Facebook page. You can expect a reply within 24 hours.

 

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, please send us an email along with a copy of your resellers permit.

 

 What is the turn around on your welding hoods?

Turn around time on our Wendy's Pancake hoods is currently 4-5 weeks with the exception of custom hoods. Custom hoods can take up to 1-2 weeks extra to produce but like with our straps communication is key. If we can communicate effectively and promptly this well help speed up the process.

 

Do your hoods have epoxy?

No, you can expect to receive your hoods just as you would if you bought it off the shelf with no extras added to it.

Can I customize the strap on a hood ordered?

Yes this comes at no extra charge to you.
